We always like to be as helpful as possible and hopefully you can find all of the information you need on the site. But just in case we have missed anything, we have collected all of our most frequently asked questions right here for you. Although we work very hard to ensure that your order reaches you safely and as you expect it, we do accept that on rare occasions products may be damaged or faulty. If you receive a product that you believe to be damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to return it for an exchange or a full refund. Please call our support team on (888) 792-9283 within 24 hours and we will be happy to fix any problems asap.

Delivery time is dependent on processing and shipping class. We normally require 1-2 business days to process your order. Our default shipping class is ground which typically takes 3-5 business days depending on location in the contiguous 48 United States. The other shipping class options offer more guaranteed time periods. For delivery questions on specific items, please contact us.

For most products shipping costs will be calculated using our standard shipping carrier UPS, although we do offer Fedex and USPS options on request. The UPS estimate is based on the weight and dimensions of the product, the distance to the delivery address, and finally the shipping speed (ground, 3 day, 2 day, next day air). Many other products on our website have flat rate shipping prices to help simplify the proces for our customers.

Yes of course! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, for whatever reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

For large projects, please email or call us so that we can discuss or process for quotes and other larger purchases. Usually we attempt to offer our best price for all purchases regardless of size, but for larger quotes and orders we can offer shipping discounts and potentially assist our customers with product identification and viable substitutes.

As long as your order has not shipped, we will make every attempt to cancel or alter an existing order.

Yes you can. Although most products are available through our website we realize that some products require a more personal shopping experience, so please feel free to call us any time to discuss your needs and we can prepare your order for you.

Our site comes with a handy cross reference tool so you can check out alternate brands of the same product. Plus you are able to sort them by brand and price. And of course, if you are unsure about compatibility or specifications, please get in touch.

All products are covered by manufacturers warranty (which varies from product to product) however extended warranties are offered on selected products. Please view the individual product for details, or alternatively call our support team.

While we try to keep our stock levels up to date at all times, with over 20,000 products this can be a challenge. So if your required product(s) is out of stock, there is every chance that we can find it for you, or if necessary re-order stock. Please feel free to phone us on (888) 792-9283 and a member of our team would be more than happy to answer a stock inquiry.

Our opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (EST) and during those hours our support team are available by phone at all times. Currently we are closed at the weekend, but of course you can complete your order online at any time, day or night.
